About me
Dr. Ben Choiniere was born in Quebec, Canada raised in a family of chiropractors and nurses. He obtained his chiropractic degree with Research Honor and Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic located in Davenport, Iowa – The Fountain Head of Chiropractic. He became a US Citizen in 1996 and practice in Indiana for most of his career. He moved to Florida in 2004 with his wife and three sons.
Today, with his high school sweet heart (wife), he is a proud parent of an Army Staff Sergeant, with two tours in Afghanistan; a son that graduated from FSU and is now a Certified Financial Adviser; and the youngest son, an Air Force Staff Sergeant with one tour in Afghanistan.
Dr. Ben also has an Associate degree in Nursing and pursuing a degree to become a Nurse Practitioner. His experience on the Cardiac unit at Lakeland Regional Hospital has given him a well-rounded approach to care for his patients. Dr. Ben is fluent in French, English and some Spanish. Learning new languages and cultures is a passion.
Having spent 1 year in Asia, practicing chiropractic, has provided him a greater appreciation for what we have here in the USA.
On his spare time, Dr. Ben is an avid DIY home project with the hope soon to build his own house. If he is not building something, you may find him on the golf course.
